Monogold CRM is a Monogold Apps solution that provides a range of generic and specific capabilities in support of organizations’ CRM and marketing operations, including features and capabilities to:
- maintain a centralized database of prospective and existing customers, including their associated contact persons
- classify clients and prospects into sales/distribution channels and geographical markets
- define sales force organization and hierarchy
